Ivium Vertex Entry Level Potentiostat with software and 1 MHz Impedance Analyzer (2A/20V)
Instrument
The Ivium Vertex Entry Level Potentiostat with software and 1 MHz Impedance Analyzer (2A/20V) is a versatile entry-level potentiostat which has ±2A / ±20V compliance and optional integrated impedance analyser up to 1MHz.
Automation
The Vertex.20V has a peripheral port to allow external interfacing and compatibility with several Ivium modules (see expandability).
Expandability
The Vertex can optionally be expanded with a True Linear Scan module, Bipotentiostat, and/or FRA/EIS capability. Next to that the Vertex is compatible with other Ivium options and modules, such as the HiMUX and CIM, and several Ivium boosters for higher power requirements.
Hardware
- Automatic current range selection over all available current ranges
- Automatic variable noise filter and potentiostat/galvanostat stability settings
- Simultaneous acquisition of current/potential and peripheral signals
- Real time data display up to 500 pnts/s. Acquisition up to 300,000 pnts/s is stored in instrument memory
- Applicable scanrates: 1µV/s to 10,000V/s
- Minimum interval time: 10µs (0.125µs resolution)
- Result optimisation by automated tuned filters, gain amplifiers and DC-subtraction
- User selectable floating operation
Software
The Vertex is controlled via Ivium’s own IviumSoft. This versatile, yet intuitive software package allows instrument control, data management and analysis, peripheral instrument control, etc. IviumSoft can also interface with and be controlled from LabVIEWTM, C++, Delphi, etc. A full suite of IviumSoft is included with each instrument as standard.
